Find out what the next two years looks like for your business.  Everyone's business is different but some of the things you might want could be:

• one-on-one workshops to talk at length about your business and what you want to achieve 
• a professionally built financial model of your business that can be easily updated as your business grows
• working together with the numbers, finding ways of improving your business’ performance
• suggestions about what to measure and helping you and/or your bookkeeper set up simple systems and do it.  It could just be a tally board
• a set of professional projections for 2 years, including cash flows, that you can use for reference, budgets, valuation, investors, lenders or selling your business
  
• a second ‘if I make changes’ target set of projections to aim for

You’ll then have a plan that can grow and change with your business, to measure your progress against and know if, and where, things are going right or wrong.
